The Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS), a national policy center that promotes and supports programs that are addressing social determinants of health, published a profile on the participatory action research as part of Community Care of Brooklyn, where I helped develop and facilitate the participatory action research team, contributed to the final report and designed the logo and name for the Wellness Empowerment for Brooklyn (WEB) team.
